Delivery lead time: 30 days
Term of payment:100 % T/T after signing contract or L/C at
sight from world prime bank. Professional importers are welcome to consult
us; for any request precise the quality, % of broken and destination
Over 1000-1500 metric tons the procedure will be the same
than for a complete boat order.

Conditions &
procedure for complete boats deliveries
Mandatory procedure for a first
order, without any exception:
According to rice market rules
and custom we have to ask for some preliminary conditions and we thank you in advance for cooperation.
Any request will
be:
- sent with a form
- confirmed with a LOI fully completed
Payment by
irrevocable letter of credit at sight by TT reimbursement within 2 days
from the negotiating bank advice after shipment that all documents are
strictly as per letters of credit terms. Letter of credit to be confirmed
by first class usa or European bank. All L/C and confirmation charges are
on buyers account
Shipment: about
30- 45 days (depends of each order) after received of L/C in good order
and acceptable by seller' s bank.
Minimum
quantity: 12.000 MT (± 5% at seller option) per shipment; exceptions can
be allowed depending final port.
Inspection: SGS
or independent surveyor. Inspection fees for seller' s account
Fumigation and
phytosanitary certificates at seller’s cost.
Documents:
invoice, BL, weight and quality certificates
Packing: packed
in new single PP bag of 50kgs net each.
Unloading rate:
1250 MTS / WWDSHEXEIU . Unloading rate to add exception can be discussed
depending on the port
