Dry Electronic Condom Testing Machine

Application: For high voltage dry testing of condoms for thin spots and pinholes, rolling them up and sorting them to good and rejected

Sealing Machine for Condoms

Application: For lubricating and sealing of condoms

Description of the machine:
The machine is designed for one operator, placing un-lubricated tested and rolled condoms from a tray into a segmented endless conveyor belt. The condom is pushed and pulled in to a sealing position, where the condom is lubricated with silicone oil and subsequently hermetically sealed

A touch small monitor allows to program and displays production parameters indicates; and indicates errors or machine problems

Burst Volume and Burst Pressure Test

Application: For measuring burst volume and burst pressure simultaneously according to ISO 4074/6 and EN 600-standard

Description of the machine:
• 4 independent cabinets, one cabinet has one mount for one condom
